ASUA is a managing general agent (MGA) for our panel of insurers, and our principal business activity is to work with other businesses both inside and outside Europe to deliver travel insurance solutions to the customers of our business clients.

Unlike a broker ASUA does not seek terms from a general insurance market, we work with a select panel of insurers with whom we have prior agreements. Our panel is able to provide both insurance and re-insurance solutions in most parts of the world.

ASUA does not aim to retail travel insurance directly to the public on a B2C basis, our core business activity is to provide our clients with bespoke solutions which are normally “white labelled” to our clients specifications.

For the non-specialist intermediary ASUA has a range of pre-packaged insurance programs coupled with an on line policy delivery and sales administration systems that can easily be integrated into the client’s general working environment or website and where required linked in to their merchant services .

ASUA acts on behalf of a select panel of insurers to provide intermediaries with a bespoke service to design, price and deliver travel insurance and re-insurance programs.

Our speciality is to deliver tailor made solutions to niche and special interest markets and to offer a white labelled product branded to our customer’s specification. These programs are serviced by our panel of claims and emergency assistance providers chosen from the best independent suppliers and can be delivered to agents or directly to the retail customer using our on line policy administration and sales system.

Though our panel of insurers we work with leading International travel assistance and claims handling companies who support the multi lingual service delivery of our high quality insurance solutions to ensure a customer friendly claims management service.

ASUA actively encourages business from outside of the UK and supports programs and clients throughout Europe and internationally and particularly welcomes the opportunity to work with partners in emerging and less well developed countries seeking to innovate.

As well as setting up bespoke insurance programs, ASUA is recognised as being a specialist in providing one-off solutions for unusual or challenging risks including expeditions and specialist group activities that would often challenge conventional travel insurance providers.
