ASUA is a Lloyd’s cover holder and acts on behalf of a select panel of insurers to provide intermediaries with a bespoke service to design, price and deliver travel insurance and re-insurance programs.
Our speciality is to deliver tailor made solutions to niche and special interest markets and to offer a white labelled product branded to our customer’s specification. These programs are serviced by our panel of claims and emergency assistance providers chosen from the best independent suppliers and can be delivered to agents or directly to the retail customer using our on line policy administration and sales system.
ASUA’s history and experience of managing travel insurance pre-dates the formation of the company and goes back to 1990 (we took over the travel insurance account of another company when we first set up in 1997).
ASUA has to date managed hundreds of different specialist programs that have delivered worldwide solutions for the travel insurance needs of millions of people. Our clients have included brokers, direct retailers, travel agencies and tour operators, trade unions and businesses, sports federations and teams, and even insurance companies who have outsourced their own insurance programs to a trusted specialist.
